In this "Be Well" Segment, you will learn that you CAN eat healthy on a budget.  You will learn simple foods that may boost your mood.  You will learn staple items that EVERY kitchen needs for healthy eating!  Tune in and learn how you can increase your nutritional health, simply and easily.  Nutritional Health is so very important to overall Health & Well-being.
